Turkish carrier Pegasus Airlines has agreed to sell seven Boeing 737-800s to US-based lessor Air Lease.
The airline has valued the transaction at $178.7 million.
It will deliver the last aircraft to the leasing firm in October this year.
Pegasus is undergoing a fleet modernisation, having started taking CFM International Leap-powered Airbus A320neo jets last year.
It is discussing accelerating the deliveries, stating that it has entered talks on the matter with Airbus.
Pegasus has ordered up to 100 A320neos.
